Mindful Morning 

Mindful Morning is a weekly intervention session aiming to promote cultural awareness, mindfulness and inclusivity among students.

Students are encouraged to learn about a variety of celebration days and cultural events through engaging and practical activities, encompassing British values.  

Mindful Mornings include (but not limited to): 

  • Pride Month 
  • Black History Month 
  • Rosh Hashanah 
  • Holi 
  • Science Week
